Most of our customers choose service once or twice a week, however if you have many dogs or just need a dog waste removal business more often, more frequent service can be arranged.
We work rain or shine! We do this to make sure we keep your pet waste cleaned up.
Frequently, that means working through inclement weather, so when you look out in your yard and see those crazy people working in the rain, that’s just us working hard to keep our customers happy.
Please keep in mind that over the course of the year, there is 52 weeks of waste in your yard and we pick it all up. If there is snow covering it up, that is something that we cannot control.
What we may miss due to snow cover, will still be there, on the ground, waiting for us to clean up when the snow melts. In addition, when this happens, cleaning the yard is exponentially more difficult than cleaning the yard after a normal week.
We will service all yards every week, no matter what. If the roads are hazardous, we may be a day late, but we will be there and we will clean up whatever is visible on top of, or through the snow.
We will still be servicing your yard 52 weeks and picking up 52 weeks of pet waste, therefore, it is only fair that we get paid for 52 weeks of service.
We do not work on the following days:
When a holiday falls on a regular service day, your service will be one day early or one day late, similar to your trash pick-up service.
Obviously we can not clean up what we cannot see. If your grass is overly tall it makes it very difficult to find the poo. We will still preform our service and pick up what we see, however, we cannot guarantee our service if your grass needs to be cut and we will not come back out if you find something we missed under these circumstances.

If your dog will not be in the yard for a week or more you may want to contact us to postpone service. There will be no charge for the service during postponements of this kind.
It is not fair to us, however, to be required to pick up two weeks or more of waste while getting paid for one. If your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, you will be charged for the service call that could not be completed.
YES. Dogs keep making messes all year long and our company continues to clean up and remove the waste through the winter.
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs: however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard.
If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask you to restrain or confine your dog. We do not want to take unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.
We will send you an invoice in the mail or via email each month. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or online payment.

NO! We can start and stop service with a simple phone call. We do require a four week minimum or ‘you will be charged as if you ordered a “one time service”.
There may be an extra charge for the first service if there has been an accumulation of waste over time.
We hope you will be so happy with the service we provide that you will want to recommend it to your friends and neighbors! When anyone you tell about our company signs up for service, you will receive two weeks of free service!
We will apply a credit to your invoice as soon as we receive the first payment from the referral.

We will make it right, by either coming back out the same day or the next day, or by crediting your account so that you will not be charged for the visit.
